World Nutrition Day is observed to inculcate healthy eating practices no matter what age or gender the person lives. “Eat healthy! Live healthy!” St.  Britto’s Academy, convincingly stimulates the learners to adapt a healthy living style to contribute across the broad performance.

GET –UP –AND –GO phrase empowers students to acquire immersive educational experience intended for lifelong wellness. Nutritive charts are planned out and the students, teachers, families, and other stakeholders come together to track the schedule in their nutritional regime.  “Health Is Wealth, Earn It out Of Healthy Living”

We conduct active and passive activities on diverse topics such as Food Technology, Balanced Diet, and Food and Nutrition which are set to bring out the effectiveness of the different nuances that come with fueling our bodies. The significance of incessant Nutrition Learning in school empowers students to make sustainable, well-informed food choices. 

The nutrition culture at Britto’s helps the students and teachers to track their Body Mass Index (BMI) and navigate the vast ‘Gray area of food and nutrition. 

Learners partake passionately during the assemblage on the numerous facet of Nutrition and Health’.

The Learning Outcomes of the Activity are  “Feed the Body Healthy Food and the mind Healthy Messages” GET –UP–AND–GO   sessions have empowered students to understand “Balanced diet is not all about eating the right food, but to have them at the correct time in the right proportion. “

Students are learning to establish a healthy relationship with food and improve the nutritional health of communities. They procure the basic knowledge of what constitutes a nutritious diet and how to best meet the nutritional needs of the available resources. 

As a correspondent, I feel exceedingly joyous to see my learners get better and better by apprehending the greatest wealth i.e. Health
