At St. Britto's Academy, we follow "Buddy Watch" , a project that helps ease out.

What is BUDDY WATCH?

Learning together ensures an active learning experience and a deeper understanding of what they will learn.The BUDDY WATCH SYSTEM is an effcient way to form valuable relationships in the midst of different age group of learners.

At St.Britto's Academy, it is a practice of pairing students of various grades to help the young learners get familiar with their learnings, organization , ethos and processes of the school.

Having a friendly face around, it helps to construct valuable relationships, share knowledge , motivate and give guidance and introduce the New Bee to the rest of the team.

Buddy Watch at St. Britto's Academy is meticulously planned where the work buddies are wisely assigned to support , listen and reduce the feeling of stress and to help young buddies to develop their skills and boost their confidence through social interaction. This unique process helps the buddies (learners) to bond easily with the new pair and makes them feel heard.

According to Gartner, having a sense of belonging is a key component of feeling accepted and included at work. Besides,its also a fun and sociable way for learners to get to know eachother.

The Buddy Watch system at St. Britto's Academy motivates young learners to succeed. It also inspires work buddies to come up with fresh ideas. Peer learning is enhanced.

By integrating Buddy Watch into our curriculum , we inspire leaners to not only interact and bond but also to motivate and support one another throughout their learning process.

Learning from peers is great , informal way to tap into the expertise and knowledge that is already present in an individual. This unique practice remarkably works both vertically and horizontally.

Benevolence - “The Abandoned Ones”

  The joy of giving is accomplished when you are happy, and satisfied, with a sense of gratitude, fulfillment, and sympathy, empathy for people suffering. It also instills a feeling of generosity in our lives and would like to continue with good physical and mental health. The first and foremost gesture expressed is kindness to all, not minding about religion, caste, and creed. When the attitude of giving develops it is only helping an individual or a group with a need they are into.  “Helping the poor and needy is to serve God”. I follow this in my life and feel that every child in my school needs to follow this wholeheartedly and think about the abandoned ones.   We also believe in this phrase:    “The more you give, the more you receive”    and this lingers in our minds and we must try to move on and tell aloud to people who also receive. The joy of giving connects people with bonding and enhances the relationship with the individual or a family and creates a sense of positivity.
